Refund and Returns Policy

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES

Ground shipping is charged based on your zip code / location.  Orders are processed within three business days of receipt and are sent out via USPS. Delivery takes approximately 3-10 days once it is shipped. Please email us at [email protected] if you require expedited service. Expedited services will incur additional shipping costs.

Sales tax applies to merchandise shipped within Arizona. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL at a flat rate of $50, and take approximately 7-10 days.  Please email us at [email protected] if you require expedited service.

Customs duties, which are determined by your local customs authorities, are not included in the total at checkout and must be paid by the buyer. FIGACIS is not responsible for payment of these duties. 

If your shipment is refused and sent back, you will be liable for any and all duties (on both the original and return shipments), original shipping charges, as well as the cost of returning the package.

Shipping times are approximate and FIGACIS is not responsible for delays in delivery due to uncontrollable events. 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order, including a link that will direct you to tracking information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be in unused condition with all tags still attached and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny any refunds or exchanges if the return does not meet our return policy requirements. The buyer is responsible for any return or exchange shipping costs. 

Orders made with any discount code of 20% off or more are Final Sale.

All international purchases are Final Sale.

All sales are final after 14 days of purchase.

Please contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return prior to sending a return or exchange. Allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed. 

Please send returns via a method that offers shipment tracking.  You may also purchase shipping insurance for the full value of all merchandise sent for return. FIGACIS will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen or mishandled.
